At Electric Dreams, we sell only brand-new items, unless stated as used, sold as-is, or vintage. All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unused and unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any loss or damage occurring during shipment is a responsibility of the buyer.

We typically do not accept returns of the following items:

– Ready-to-Run sets (Carrera and Scalextric), unless item is defective
– Parts, tools, or lubricants
– Vintage items
– Items on sale

We ask that you please contact us prior to returning your items, as 20% restocking fee might be applicable.
You may exchange most new, unused and unopened items in original packaging within the 14-day return period for a full refund.

Defective items can be returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period and will either be replaced or repaired at the manufacturer’s discretion.
We will reimburse you for the shipping label of any defective items when returning.

Cancellation of special-order items will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Please inquire before ordering if unsure of item status or availability.


Shipping

We ship all in-stock merchandise as soon as possible, usually within one business day, via USPS and UPS, which are our shipping partners.
Please note that orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday, except during some holidays.
Free shipping is available for orders over $100 within the United States for all store merchandise,
except for our Ready-to-Run Slot Car Sets (Carrera and Scalextric).

International Shipping:

We thank you for your patience in awaiting international shipments. Except when using UPS, transit times are only estimated and subject to change. Packages can be stalled in customs, adding considerably to the delivery time. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred on your package; they are solely the customer’s responsibility. We cannot estimate the charges beforehand. Please contact your local authorities to determine these charges before ordering. Parcels returned due to refusal to pay taxes/fees will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Lost/Delayed Packages:

We thank you for your patience in awaiting shipped orders. If you are having issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Service. Please note that we have no control over the transit time and delivery of your package. From our experience, shipments can sometimes be delayed but are rarely lost.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We do offer preferred parking if your real car matches your slot car.
